We make it our business to taste the wine so you can be assured it is a quality wine at a great price. If you do not like any of the wines you purchase from The Wine Club, then please return the balance of the case (Min 10 bottles) and we will refund the full purchase price of that case. It's that simple.

If your order is damaged in transit or can not be filled for any other reason, you will have the choice to receive either a full cash refund or another wine of equivalent value.

All goods are delivered via a road transport company direct to your door in 2-5 working days from when your payment is approved online or, where you elect to pay offline, when we receive your cheque or you directly credit The Wine Club bank account.
